What are your business hours?

We’re available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you need to speak outside of those hours, just leave a message—we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.


Where are you located?

We have two offices, one in Ringgold & the other in Dalton. Our Ringgold office is at 215 Evitt Parkway, Ringgold, GA 30736 and our Dalton office is located at 305 Point N Pl Ste 2, Dalton, GA 30720.


What areas do you serve?

We proudly help clients within about a 30-mile radius of Ringgold, including: LaFayette, Trenton, Summerville, Trion, Dalton, Calhoun, Chatsworth, Cartersville, Rossville, Chickamauga, Tunnel Hill, Rocky Face, Flintstone, Cohutta, and East Ridge.

For bankruptcy consultations, it helps to bring:

Don’t worry if you don’t have everything—we’ll guide you through it step-by-step.


How long does the process take?

Bankruptcy cases vary, but most Chapter 7 cases take about 3–4 months from filing to discharge. Chapter 13 plans typically last 3 to 5 years. We’ll walk you through the timeline based on your situation.
